Dr. Al-Baraa Al-Makhlafi, Secretary-General of the Administrative Board of the Yemeni Community in Malaysia, met with His Excellency Dr. Adel Bahmid, Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Malaysia. During the meeting, a number of issues and files of concern to the members of the Yemeni Community in Malaysia were discussed.

The meeting addressed the conditions of community members, health insurance options, and the situation of the Yemeni schools, alongside preparations for the events marking the immortal 26th of September Revolution and the glorious 14th of October. The two sides also affirmed the importance of strengthening communication with community members across the various states and listening more closely to their needs and challenges.

Both sides stressed the importance of community awareness and commitment to regulations and laws, which helps overcome many issues and enhances the honorable image of Yemen and Yemenis abroad.
