As Yemenis, we take pride in His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Adel Mohammed Bahamid, Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Malaysia and Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, representing the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps in delivering the official congratulatory address on the occasion of the birthday of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, during the celebration ceremony held at the National Palace in Kuala Lumpur, attended by senior officials and members of the diplomatic corps.

This honorable diplomatic representation reflects a positive image of Yemeni diplomacy, and affirms the depth of the good relations between the Republic of Yemen and Malaysia, its leadership, and its people.

Ambassador Bahamid conveyed the congratulations and best wishes of the heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Malaysia to His Majesty the King, expressing his best wishes for Malaysia and its friendly people for further progress and prosperity, and praising the role Malaysia plays in strengthening regional and international cooperation and consolidating the values of coexistence and harmony.

He also expressed the diplomatic missions' appreciation for the cooperation and support they receive from the Malaysian government, which helps them carry out their duties in an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.
