Yemeni Community's Administrative Board Discusses Educational Issues with Deputy Minister of Education

The Administrative Board of the Yemeni Community in Malaysia, headed by Eng. Radwan Rashed, held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Education Mr. Mohammed Lamlas and the Cultural Attaché at the Yemeni Embassy, Dr. Ahmed Al-Khadhmi, with the participation of the Yemeni School's Financial Director Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Hawri, the President of the International Network for Sustainable Research and Education Dr. Abdullah Al-Shalif, and several academics and professionals from the community.
The Community Chairman welcomed attendees and reviewed the Community's key programs, discussing challenges facing Yemeni students, and affirming that education is a national priority and shared responsibility.
The Cultural Attaché praised the Community's role in serving its members, while the Deputy Minister affirmed the Ministry's interest in the educational issues of Yemeni communities abroad and his readiness to raise the Board's proposals with Ministry leadership.
The Yemeni School's Financial Director raised concerns about distance-learning challenges, while Dr. Al-Shalif reviewed the Network's role in connecting Yemeni expertise abroad with institutions at home.
The meeting concluded with several recommendations, most notably supporting the distance-learning project for Yemeni Community children in Malaysia, and the Community's readiness to cooperate with the Ministry in developing an e-learning platform.
