Under the patronage of the Yemeni Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, the Yemeni community held a communal iftar organized by the Union of Yemeni Students in Malaysia, with broad participation from community members exceeding 1,500 people at a hall at UNITEN University.

The event included a special corner serving Yemeni coffee as part of the annual Yemeni Coffee Day activities, adding a distinctive cultural touch to the occasion.

In his remarks, Ambassador Dr. Adel Bahamid congratulated community members on the occasion of the month of Ramadan, praising the spirit of cooperation and unity, and affirming the importance of abiding by Malaysian laws.

Dato' Fuad Hael Saeed also affirmed the importance of such gatherings in fostering acquaintance and compassion among Yemenis, encouraging them to make the most of the opportunities available in Malaysia.

At the conclusion of the event, the Community Board thanked all contributors and organizers for their efforts in making this major event a success.
